Abstract
Tourism industry in Henan is situated in the very important stage from the quantitative to the qualitative development. This paper analyzed the important problems for the development of tourism industry in Henan, such as, superiorities, emphases, steps and thinking methods of development for tourism industry, and gave the corresponding countermeasures for solving the problems.
