Abstract
Today, the economic disequilibrium is displayed as the result of a mutual twist caused by the supply structure and demand structure. In adjusting the structures, China should set up a kind of response mechanism which is suitable for the Chinese situation so as to fulfil double upgrade in industrial structure and consumption structure.
