Abstract
Fructone was synthesized with ethyl acetoacetate and glycol by using solid acid SO2-4/ZrO2-TiO2 as catalyst. The effects of water-carrying reagent, feed ratio, reaction time, catalyst dosage on the yield of the product were studied. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were molar ratio of cyclohexanon to ethylene 1:1.5,catalyst dosage 2%(w%) of the total reactants, and the amount of cyclohexane 37.5%(V%) of the total reactants. After 2 h reaction, the yield of fructone reached 76.8%.
