Abstract

Currently,high heavy metal pollution also causes a big threat to the public health.Due to its properties such as high sensitivity and specificity,rapid,simple of immunoassay,it has been widely used for the determination of heavy metals in food and environmental areas.This paper described the selection of bifunctional reagents in the preparation of mercury ions antigen and the establishment of immunoassay method.In addition,the trends of immunoassay combined with new analytical methods were discussed.
