Abstract
A traffic simulation system is developed by applying the basic idea of stochastic assignment model for the effect of one-way passage in regional road network. Taking Sanfangqixiang Street in Fuzhou as an example simulates the status traffic assignment of two programs that one-way traffic and two-way traffic, analyses the change of traffic flow and saturation in every road section. The comparative experiment showed that the application of one-way traffic increases traffic capacity greatly and the effective measure to relief the traffic pressure of congestion.
