Clinical analysis of 90 cases of cervical lesions with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)

Abstract

Objective: To Study the treatment of cervical lesions of LEEP.Method:Select 90 cases of cervical lesions admitted in hospital from December 2009 to December 2010,with colposcopy and biopsy,treatment by LEEP,and pathological diagnosis.The operation time,blood loss and postoperative treatment were studied.Result:The results of colposcopy and cervical biopsy and LEEP specimens postoperative pathology were in line with 78.9%.LEEP,the average operating time was(6.2 ± 3.2) min,mean blood loss was(14.5 ± 5.5) mL,disposable surgical success rate of 97.8%.Conclusion:Combined with LEEP surgery can improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis of cervical lesions,LEEP is an effective means of diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions,with a high clinical value.
