Abstract
The educational concept is accepted as people's rational understanding of education. It is oriented to the educational practice and it is expected to express the ideals of education. The value of the educational concept is a value system composed of its theoretical value, practice value and cultural value. The realization of the value of educational concept, from the vertical point of view, has to go through creation-communication-application process, while, from the horizontal point of view,it needs the joint function of education concept, the educational system and the application of models.Vertical convergence and horizontal communication and vertical and horizontal integration are the realization model of the value of educational concept.
