Abstract

On the eve of the birth of New China,Mao Zedong raised the one-sided diplomatic strategy joint the Soviet Union and fight the United States.The content had profound and decisive impact on China's foreign relations in the early and mid-1950s.China stood up in the stormy sea of the world.However,it caused some inevitable limitations.
