Abstract
This paper mainly studied the high cell density culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus,and discussed the effects of cultural condition(temperature,inoculation capacity and initial pH)and media composition.The optimal culturing conditions were:pH5.8,culture temperature37℃,4% inoculation capacity;culture composition of whey mist 2%,beef extract 1.5%,peptone 1.5%,corn,MgSO4 0.058%,MnSO4 0.025%,NaAC 0.022%,K2HPO40.2%.The amount of lactobacillus acidophilus was up to 1.17×1011CFU / mL for 22 hours based on the above conditions.
