Abstract
Based on the goal,characteristics and basic principles of the future management of the agricultural water price in Tarim River Basin,the management system and basic policy proposals of the agricultural water price as well as the establishment of the relevant management and policy and operational institutions were put forward so as to provide basis for the adjustment,implementation,collection,utilization and operation of the agricultural water price in Tarim River Basin.
