Theoretical analysis of future adjustment of agricultural water price in Tarim River Basin

According to actual water resources utilization,water price data and related investigation in the Tarim River Basin,the status quo and existing problems in the adjustment of agricultural water prices were analyzed.Based on the process,characteristics,effect and mechanism of water pricing,the main target,guiding ideas and basic principles for the further adjustment of agricultural water prices in the Tarim River Basin were put forward.At the same time,the theory for the further adjustment of agricultural water prices was discussed,and related research direction were also recommended based on the trinary price theory for the adjustment of water price,the further division of the kinds of water resources fees and quantitative analysis of environmental water prices for the ecological water demand.
