Private Property Rights and Constitutional Evolution

Private property rights promote the formation of constitution and experience transformation and development of three models of modern civil constitution, contemporary civil constitution and Soviet socialist constitution. Thereby, private property rights and constitutionalist practice jointly form a rule that constitutional thought of private property rights directly determines constitutional evolution and the latter must protect private property rights.
