Abstract
In stem tip culture of Oncidum altissimum in N6 medium at 25 and 2000 Lx,the protocorm of it can be induced after two months,the protocorm can be cut into several little tissue masses,and they can become new protocorms during subculture in one or two continuous months,The protocorms can be added for such repeated culture After that,every protocorm can grow up a complete plant with the root and leaves.
