Abstract
The wide use of embedded products and advantage of Linux OS make embedded system become a current hot spot in development and research.In order to develop embedded Linux,the software part should build its own environment.This paper introduces the character of ARM microprocessor and the Linux OS.Combining with using VMware software to suppose a Linux OS under Windows as a host and ARM920T processor EP9302 as designation panel,the hardware architecture,development environment and tools are analyzed.And solution of some problem and an example of embedded Linux application program are given.
