Abstract
The changes of seedling number, yield, yield components and lodging resistance of Xiangzaoxian No.45 with different directing sowing densities were studied through field experiment. The results showed that there was little difference in effect of different sowing densities on maximum seedling number in direct sowing production of early rice;suitable decrease of sowing density is beneficial to increase panicle rate;seeding rate with medium density of 97.5~120 kg/hm2 can obtain higher effective panicles of 4.8~5.25 million/hm2,seeding rate of 75% and yield of 6 300~6 750 kg/hm2,which had higher economic coefficient and the strongest lodging resistance. Therefore,it suggested that the suitable seeding rate should be 97.5~120 kg/hm2 in directing sowing production of early rice.
