Effect of Sowing Amount on the Growth,Development and Yield in Rice

Abstract
A contrast experiment was conducted to study the effect of sowing amount on the growth,development and yield of rice in dry conditions.The results showed that with the increase of sowing amount,the seedling quality,effective panicle rate,dry matter accumulation at all growth stage decreased,the joint stage,full heading stage and maturity stage tended to postpone,and leaf age increased. The yield increased as the sowing amount increased and the sowing amount to obtain the highest yield was 200 g/m~2.
