Abstract

Private placement fund is an important power in our securities market today.However,there are few legal rules to regulate it,and it is hard to protect the benefit of the investors.Therefore,it is of great urgency to regulate the private placement fund by legislative design,which necessitates revising the Law of Funds for Investment in Securities.
