Abstract

To exert the advantages of private equity funds,the efficiency should be the primary objectives in the legalization of private-placement fund.We should respect the private fund client's autonomy because the investors has self-protection capability.Due the lack of credit environment for the development of private equity funds in our country,we should carry out moderate supervision on private-placement fund without harming it's development.
