Establish Punitive Compensation for Damage in Our Country's Product Liability Law

With the popularization of industrialization,problems of product become more and more serious.At present,what we adopted in our country's product liability law is the traditional principle of consubstantial compensation which has been receiving challenge and suspicion in product liability law with the development of society and begins to show its inherent defects.Therefore,our country's product liability law should imitate the legislation of Anglo-American legal system to establish punitive compensation for damage.
