Effect of Lingqijian Capsule on chronic hepatitis B

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Lingqijian Capsule on chronic hepatitis B.Methods 107 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group(53 cases) with oral Lingqijian Capsule and control group(54 cases) with oral Ganlixin Capsules,vitamin C tablets and vitamin B complex tablets.The clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,HBeAg and HBV-DNA changes were observed.Results The clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,HBeAg and HBV-DNA of the total effective rate was 92.5%,which was greater than that of control group(63.0%).HbeAg and HBV-DNA transferring negative rate in treatment group and control group were 52.8% and 35.4%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion Lingqijian Capsule is effect in treating chronic hepatitis B.
