Abstract

Modern open distance education and higher vocationa education have much in common concerning generality and complementary.In education model,they can learn form each other,and share in the hardware equipment.The key factor affecting their connection and co-operation is the lack of necessary policy and system.Therefore,positive and effective measures should be adopted.Besides,we must highlight various high-quality and peculiar education resource construction.
