Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of implanting superficial vein indwelling needle in three different positions in the rescue of neonates,to explore the effective methods of neonatal infusion. Methods Totally,90 cases of inpatient neonates were randomly divided into three groups, which were scalp venous group, superficial vein of limbs group and axillary vein group. Results Comparing with the scalp venous group and the superficial vein of limbs group, inplantation time of the axillary vein group was shorter and indwelling time was longer(P0.01 or P0.05).Superficial vein of limbs group was better than scalp venous group(P0.01).Conclusion Axillary veins are prior to other veins for implanting the superficial vein indwelling needle in the rescue of neonates.
