Abstract

Objective :To probe into the clinical value of the parameters of semen analysis in the diagnosis and the treatment of male infertility. Methods:2165 male infertile semen samples and 58 male fertile semen samples were analyzed by WLJY-9000 color semen analysis system. Results :Semen volume, pH, STR, LIN, WOB and MAD of male infertility were lower than those of male fertility, and ALH and BCF of male infertility were higher than those of male fertility, but the differences were not significant (P0.05). Compared with in male fertility, the rate of which could become liquid entirely in 30 minutes after collection, spermatozoa density, the rate of degree A, the rate of degree B, spermatozoa motility, VCL, VSL and VAP in male infertility were all reduced significantly (P0.01), and the rate of abnormal sperm, the rate of which showed WBC+~++++ and the rate of azoospermia were all increased significantly (P0.01). Conclusion :Using WLJY-9000 color semen analysis system to analyze the semen sample of infertility man, can provide powerful clinical gist for the diagnosis and the treatment of male infertility.
