Abstract
Group investment is an important mode of industry transfer,and in this process,some leading enterprises lead a group of upstream and downstream firms in related industries to transfer together.Comparing with the traditional industry transfer ways,its advantages are obvious: the transfer of the whole industry chain saves a lot of transaction cost for the firms concerned;besides,it will also play a positive role in forming industries with special potentials for the local economy.Upon this investment pattern,it analyzes the impact on regional economy by empirical models.In the end it gives some advices.
