Observing the efficacy of Oxymartine and Interferon together treating 36 patiens with chronic hepatits B

Objective To survey the effectiveness of Oxymatrine in combination with interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatits B.Methods Thirty-six patients with chronic hepatits B were treated with Oxymatrine in combination with Interferon,and compared with their alone use.Result:It was revealed that the liver functions recovered to normal level at a rate of 94.4% in treatment group,while 80.6% in the group of the alone use of Oxymatrine,while 83.3% in the group of the alone use of Interferon,the combined treatment group is more effective than the group of the alone Oxymatrine or the group of the alone Interferon(P0.01);The serum negative-convertion rate of HbeAg and HBV-DNA were 58.3% and 61% in combined treatment group,while 38.9% and 41.7% in the group of the alone use Oxymatrine;while 41.7% and 44% in the group of the alone use of Interferon,the combination treatment group were better than the group of the alone use of Oxymatrine or the alone use of Interferon(P0.01).The patients use Interferon appeared in various symptoms,such as fever,headasche,the ache of muscle and jont,the reduction of WBC and PLT.Conclusion The efficacy of Oxymatrine in combination with Interferom in the treatment of chronic hepatits B was better than the alone use of Oxymatrine or Interferon,which reached the coordinated and enhanced functions of medicines.
