Abstract
【Objective】To observe the therapeutic effect of oxymatrine on chronic hepatitis B. 【Methods】80patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided randomizedly into two groups, 50 patients in oxymatrine group re-ceived oxymatrine and regular therapy, while 30 patients in control group only received regular therapy. 【Results】After 24 weeks of treatment, the serum total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotrans-ferase (AST) were significantly lower in oxymatrine group than in control group, while the negative seroconversionrate of HbeAg and HBV DNA were significantly higher in oxymatrine group than in control group. 【Conclusion】Oxymatrine had good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B.
