Abstract
In order to reduce the allocation time,an optimization model of empty railway container allocation is built in this paper,by analyzing the reason which caused the empty railway container allocation and the existing allocation problems of container.An example is conducted based on LINGO sofeware which proves that the scheduling scheme largely shorten the turnover time and improve the utilization rate of empty container.
