Research on Property Rights Institution of Agricultural Land and Rural Economic Performance

The aim of the paper explains the reason why lands with identical quality result in largely different production and believes perfect property rights institution of agricultural land bases on the improvement of rural economic performance.The paper also points out the reform path of property rights institution of the Chinese agricultural land.It includes to make peasants become the only owner of land,offer peasants with complete rights of handling and getting income.Such reform will be in favor of revealing agricultural land value,capitalization of agricultural land,improvement of productivity of agricultural land and clear distinction among rent,fee and tax.
