Abstract
Leigong Mountain is the place where gathered the most Hmong people in China.In history,the folk law made by Yi-Lang is one of the basic sources of law in Leigong Mountain area and there are still a lot of villages which keep the tradition of legislation.Yi-Lang has a close affinity to the primitive religion.Compare with the law made by central government,Yi-Lang has special value.In some other minority areas of Guizhou province,where also have system just as Yi-Lang legislation.
