Observation on Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A randomized controlled study,the 83 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group,in which 38 patients received routine western medicine,the treatment group,in which based on the routine western medicine in control group 45 patients were given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.2 weeks was a treatment course,according to deficit scores and clinical symptoms more effective.Results:In control group and treatment group,effective rates were 63.16% and 86.67%,treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with western medicine has good effect on cerebral infarction.
