Abstract

Concessions, the result of western agressors' invassion to China, reveals the ruthless trample on China's sovereignty on the one hand, while on the other, their dazzling civilization of modern municipal administration billowed over old China. Strongly stimulated, the Chinese of insight, following the pattern of the concessions, began to start their own modern municipal administration, which advanced the first step of China's municipal administration modernization.
