Thinking on the Innovation of Election Ways of Country Grass-roots Party Organization from the Angle of Power Source

In recent years,the grass-roots election in the country of China mainland has opened the process of the grass-roots democratization,appearing such diverse election ways as direct election by people,election based on two recommendations,election by the public and intercrossing doubling.The grass-roots party organizations introduce this election method to the party election at expiration of office terms,which has caused the concern of the academic circles.This article analyzes the innovation of election ways of grass-roots democratic election from the angle of power source.
