Abstract

In recent years, a weakening in the mechanism has been hindering a rapid development of township enterprises. With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and China's imminent access to the WTO, all the enterprises will be confronted with international competition. Township enterprises must undertake mechanism innovation, re-create their mechanism advantages and improve their competitive capability.
