The Curative Effect of Amlodipine and Lisinopril on Hypertension

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Amlodipine combined with lisinopril in treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods 64 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into using Amlodipine combined with lisinopril 32 cases and using Amlodipine 32 cases,Treatment lasted for 24 weeks.Results The blood pressure level of two groups decreased obviously,and there were significant differences before treatment and after treatment(P0.05).The total effective rate was shrink blood pressure 90.6%,diastole blood pressure 84.4% in Amlodipine combined with lisinopril group and was shrink blood pressure 71.9%,diastole blood pressure 65.6% in Amlodipine group,and there were significant differences in two groups(P0.05).The adverse effect rate was12.5% in Amlodipine combined with lisinopril and was 9.3% in Amlodipine group,and there were no significant differences in two groups(P0.05).Tndex of left ventricular mass reduced significantly in both groups(P0.05),moreover,this effect was more obvious in the combined treatment group than that in the Amlodipine treatment group(P0.01).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with lisinopril in treatment of patients with hypertension are effective,Amlodipine combined with lisinopril may cause added effect in reduction of left ventricular remodeling and the adverse effects are fewer.
