Abstract
According to the investigation on the soil fauna in Jishou city,1 762 specimens were collected, which belonged to 4 phylums,11 classes and 26 orders. The dominant groups were Acarina,Collembola and Hymenoptera, accounting for 17.46% of the total. The compositions of soil fauna in 4 habitats were similar, and most of them concentrated in the surface. The diversity and evenness indexes in different habitats were in order as following: fir forest mixed forest fruit forest vegetable plot, while macrofauna were higher than meso-microfauna.The seasonal dynamics of soil fauna were that the density was lower in spring than that in autumn.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
