Abstract
[Objective]To study the time change effect of blood lead and urine lead in rats that exposed to different dosages of lead and find out the proper dosage for lead egestion through abdomen injection.[Methods]32 Wistar rats were divided into four groups, namely, negative control group, low dosage group, medium dosage group and high dosage group, and were given abdomen injection of acetic acid lead of different dosages(0.3 ml/100g.bw;0,11,546 and 1092 μg/ml Pb2+ respectively) every other day for 7 times;the poisoning symptoms and the weight of the rats were observed;blood lead and urine lead of the rats were detected before and after poisoning.[Results] One week after the poisoning, the blood lead of the three dosage groups increased significantly;urine lead egestion of the medium and high dosage groups reached the peak amount;when the lead poisoning stopped, the blood lead of the low dosage group decreased rapidly, while that of the medium and high dosage groups were still quite high until the end the experiment, but the urine lead egestion decreased until to the level of the control 5 weeks after the end of the poisoning.[Conclusion] High dosage lead poisoning causes lead accumulation in body, longer lead egestion period and influence the observation of the lead egestion;it is suggested that the proper dosage for lead egestion is 546μg /ml Pb2+.
