From Economic Growth to See the Role of Human Resources Management

This paper set out the role in promoting economic development of the human capital as the new economics production factor,pointed out the key position of the human capital and human resources management in economic development,then,by means of affection on the enterprises development because of the differences of human resources management in the eastern and western developed countries and human resource management practices and experiences in the development of successful enterprises,and made proposals in the human resources management for the Chinese enterprises.
