Clinical Features Analysis of Diabetic Patients with Acute ischemic Stroke

Objective To the clinical characteristics of diabetic patients with acute ischemic stroke were discussed. Methods In our hospital 61 cases of diabetic cerebral ischemic stroke in patients with clinical data retrospective analysis, and compared with complications of cerebral apoplexy patients without diabetes. Results The diabetic complications in patients with stroke and high blood glucose levels than patients without diabetes complications group, P 0.05. Conclusion The treatment of stroke patients with diabetes mellitus is generally the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients more difficult, need to take positive measures to control blood sugar to alleviate the patient's condition.
