Abstract
Objective Type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction and acute shortage of hyperlipidemia 's condition and prognosis were analyzed in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and acute lack of interaction of hyperlipidemia were analyzed. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in patients with acute ischemic stroke effective analysis of the clinical data, and with 30 pure ischemic stroke patients were analyzed. Results Type 2 diabetes in patients with acute ischemic stroke in vivo TG was(2.05±1.07)mmol/L, LDL-C content of(3.12±1.07)mmol/L; rather simple ischemic stroke patients TG was(1.9±0.65) mmol/L, LDL-C content of(3.02±0.67)mmol/L; compare the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Patients with ischemic stroke and simple compared to type 2 diabetes in patients with acute ischemic stroke fibrinogen and platelet aggregation with a rising trend, and the emergence of the phenomenon mostly cerebral infarction, and showed multifocal pathological phenomenon. Court mainly of type 2 diabetes in patients with acute ischemic stroke and neurological recovery glycemic research, to promote functional recovery of patients with neurological basis for providing treatment and prognosis.
