Abstract
The enzymatic hydrolysate of porcine hemoglobin was concentrated with 6~10 kD and 3 kD ultrafiltration membrane in this experiment.The changes of contents of protein,amino nitrogen and hemochrome were investigated.The results showed that 3 kD ultrafiltration membrane was fit for concentrating enzymatic hydrolysate.The multiples of concentration of peptides,amino nitrogen and hemochrome were 2.3,2.0 and 1.9 respectively.Through refigeration and drying,a substance containing 91% of protein peptides and 2.9%of hemochrome.So it can be used in preparing mixed nutrition substance with abundant hemochrome peptides.
