Abstract
【Objective】To investigate the value relationship of urine mAlb/Cr,N-acety-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)and Leucine Aminopeptidase(LAP)for early diagnose of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).【Methods】Urine albumin was detected by immunity turbiktimctric method.NAG and LAP were detected by rate assay.They were de-tected in 216 cases of diabetics who were DN or non-DN and 49 normal persons.【Results】 The levels of Urine mAlb/Cr,urine NAG and LAP were obviously higher than those in controls(P 0.01).The urine mAlb/Cr and NAG and LAP showed positive correlation(r =0.909,r =0.410,P 0.01).【Conclusions】The detection of urine mAlb/Cr and NAG and LAP with urinary albumen negative is conducive to the early diagnosis of DN.
