Abstract

Objective To evaluate the relationship between levels of urine albumin, urine N-acety-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),blood hematoglobin(A1c) and the carly diabetic nephropathy(DN),and to study the clinical significance of them. Methods Urine albumin and HbAlc were detected by immunity turbiktimctric method.NAG was detected by rate assay. Results Urine albumin, urine NAG and HbAlc were detected in 170 cases of DM whose urinary albumin were negative. The levels of them were obviously higher than those in controls(P0.01).Combining these items together would raise the positive rate in early DN.Conclusions The detection of urine mAlb and NAG is sensitive and reliable in early DN,HbAlc is well to fast of early DN.
