Transfer of the Rural Labor Force and the Coordination of Urban-Rural Development

A coordinated rural and urban development is an embodiment of the “conception of scientific development” and the necessary choice for building a socialist, harmonious, and well-off society. The transfer of rural labor force is both a necessary condition and an inevitable outcoming for the development. This paper analyses the positive and negative effects that the transfer of rural labor force may bring to the development and aims to maintain a sustainable and coordinated rural-urban development in all areas including politics, economy, and culture.
