Study on Relationship between Dual Economy and China's Urban-rural Economic Development Model

The dual economy in China has seriously affected harmonious development of urban and rural economy,and gradually evolved into one of the basic social contradictions.The hard task to coordinate the development of urban and rural economy and society is to eliminate the dual economy in urban and rural areas.Accordingly,we should reform the current household registration system to promote sound movement of urban and rural population,deepen land reform in rural areas to develop rural economy by adjusting agricultural structure strategically,play the role of market mechanism to coordinate urban and rural economy,and establish equal and harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas to reach mutual prosperity through integrating urban and rural economy.
