The comparison between the results to detect low concentration HBsAg with three kinds of methods

Objective:To compare GICA and ELISA with MEIA detects low concentration HBsAg specimen to match a rate as a result,with understand three kinds of method of specificity and sensitive degree etc.Diagnosis index sign.Methods:Use the serum specimen of the detection collections of three kinds of method parallelism HBsAg,and mutually compare.Results:Three kinds of method detection HBsAg match the rate as 71.4% as a result,Among them,ELASA and MEIA match the rate as 95.2% as a result GICA and MEIA match the rate as 76.2% as a result.GICA detect low concentration HBsAg spcimen various diagnosis index signs not all really perfect.Conclusion:①To compare with ELISA and MEIA sensitive and specificity,the GICA is low.Use GICA detection low concentration HBsAg spcimen exist certain degree to leak check rate and misdiagnosis rate,GICA can sieve HBsAg speimen.Meet low concentration HBsAg spcimen have to combination with ELISA method,practicing a pair of check.②To compare with degree and specificity of the MEIA sensitive,the ELISA is slightly low.When the OD measuresed specimen is worth in the cutoff neighborhood to examine ash area namely the suggestion replies check with the MEIA.
