Abstract

To compare the sensitivity of four detection methods for HBsAg weakly positive samples, including ECLIA,ELISA,GICA and confirmatory test for HBsAg,to explore the detection rate of HBsAg weakly positive samples with ELISA method under the conditions of different incubation time,68HBsAg weakly positive samples(1.0S/CO20.0) were parallelly detected by above 4methods.Three groups, according to incubation time 30min,45min and 60min,were established in ELISA method. The positive detection rate are 100% in ECLIA method,83.82% in ELISA method,7.35%in GICA method and 79.41%in HBsAg confirmatory test.In ELISA method, the detection rate of incubation 60 min was higher than the other two,but there was no significant difference among them. The high sensitivity of ECLIA method can be used to reduce the weakly positive samples undetected;if ELISA method is used to detect HBsAg,incubation time should be 60minutes according to the instructions.
