Abstract

The Advantages of the Information Transmission method by GSM/SMS are pointed out here, and the GSM Modem ME1203A Module is used in the hardware and software designation of the mobile communication module, which provides a wireless backup network to improve the System Reliability of the Detecting System when hitch occurred in the network that disable transition of the collected information.
