Cause of Premature delivery and its preventive stratigis

Abstract

Objective: To study the reason for premature delivery and the preventive strategies. Methods: combined the methods of physical examination to investigate of clinical case of 86 unpremature and 86 premature mother. Result: Premature rupture of membranes and multiple pregnancy are the former two reasons causes premature,premature pregnancy is also related to prenatal care, and another 11.63 percent is unknown. Conclusion: the reason of premature is complication.The key to prevent the premature by valuring pregnancy health protection ,strengthening the management of high risk and treating gravid complication actively.
