Some suggestions about theoretical teaching of physical education in colleges and universities

Abstract

In terms of theoretical teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, we should know and disstinguish the relationship between teaching and sports training. We should judge the practice of sports activies in theory. In teaching we should use popular terms and focus on teaching Chinese traditional sports to make theortical teaching of physical education have Chinese characteristics.
