Clinical effect observation of perianal abscess treated by small cut and negative pressure drainage combined with irrigation

Objective To study the effect of negative pressure drainage in Perianal abscess.Methods 60 patients of Perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated by small cut and negative pressure drainage with irrigaton,while the control group was treated by traditional incision and thread drawing therapy,the curative effect was observed.Results After therapy,the recovery rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.And the hospitalization was shorter.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The small cut and negative pressure drainage with irrigaton was significantly a good way for treating Perianal abscess.
